Drywall and Finish Damage Disclaimer
Praymen Electric is not responsible for repair, replacement, or finishing of drywall, plaster, paint, tile, siding, flooring, or other finished surfaces that must be disturbed to complete the
electrical work.

Hidden Conditions Clause
Praymen Electric is not responsible for concealed conditions including, but not limited to, damaged wiring, improper prior installations, code violations, structural issues, asbestos, mold, or unforeseen obstructions discovered during the course of work. Additional costs will require written change order approval.

Code Upgrade Clause
Any work required to bring existing systems up to current National Electrical Code (NEC) or local code standards that is not included in the original scope shall be billed separately.

Permit & Inspection Delays
Praymen Electric is not responsible for delays caused by municipal permitting offices, inspections, utility companies, or third-party scheduling conflicts.

Utility Company Responsibility
Praymen Electric is not responsible for service interruptions, reconnection delays, or damage caused by the utility provider.

Customer-Supplied Materials
Praymen Electric does not warranty or guarantee customer-supplied fixtures, devices, generators, panels, or materials.

Warranty Limitation
Praymen Electric provides a sixty (60) day workmanship warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, acts of God, lightning, power surges, rodent damage, or modifications made by others.

Payment Terms & Late Fees
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments are subject to 1.5% monthly interest (18% annually). Failure to pay may result in lien filing per New York State law.

Change Order Requirement
Any work outside of the written scope must be approved in writing before proceeding and will be billed separately.

Limited Liability
Praymen Electric’s total liability shall not exceed the total contract amount paid.

Access to Work Area
Customer must provide clear access to panel locations, work areas, and attic/basement spaces. Praymen Electric is not responsible for moving furniture or personal belongings. A fee may be applied to customers that do not adhere to this requirement prior to Praymen Electric arriving on site.

Existing Wiring Disclaimer
Praymen Electric is not responsible for failures in existing wiring not directly worked on during the project.

Generator & Equipment Disclaimer
Equipment sizing is based on information provided by the customer. Praymen Electric is not responsible for future load increases not disclosed prior to installation.

Trenching & Landscaping
Praymen Electric is not responsible for restoration of landscaping, lawns, irrigation systems, sidewalks, or hardscapes disturbed during trenching or underground installations.

Photo & Documentation Rights
Praymen Electric reserves the right to photograph and videograph work for documentation and marketing purposes without identifying the customer.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be submitted to mediation prior to litigation in the State of New York.
